The utility has to be ran from a command prompt with administrative rights. You have to use the installutil.exe utility that ships with the Microsoft. Old thread but I came across this same service on my machine and am posting a solution for anyone else that stumbles across this thread searching for instructions as I have been unable to locate a straight answer on removing this Intel tuning service from windows 10. ![]()
